Dispatch: In-stock standard orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch time is not delivery time.
Delivery: Standard international transit normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 9–18 business days from order to arrival. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs, holidays and remote locations may cause delays.

Returns: Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Keep the original packaging, labels and accessories. A brief indoor fitting of a lifting belt is acceptable for checking size; training use is not. Customers pay return shipping for incorrect-size or change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items. Customized items are excluded from standard change-of-mind returns. See our Return & Refund Policy.
