This website is operated by FDFIT INDUSTRIAL LIMITED under the FDFIT brand. Throughout this website, the terms “FDFIT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FDFIT INDUSTRIAL LIMITED.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of fdfitstore.com, including any information, features, products, services, and transactions made available through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or purchase products from us.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for activities conducted through your account.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, materials, colors, measurements, photographs, and prices accurately.

Actual product colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing batches, and material variations.

Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Product packaging, minor design details, accessories, or specifications may be updated when the change does not materially reduce the product’s intended function or quality.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, variants, colors, sizes, packaging, or features, subject to applicable consumer law.

4. FITNESS PRODUCT SAFETY

FDFIT products are intended to support appropriate fitness and strength-training activities. They do not eliminate the risks associated with weight training, exercise, or sports.

Before using a product:

• Read the product instructions and safety warnings.
• Confirm that the product is appropriate for your intended activity.
• Inspect the product for wear, damage, loose parts, deformation, or other defects.
• Select the correct size and adjustment.
• Use appropriate lifting technique and training supervision where necessary.

Stop using a product immediately if it is damaged, excessively worn, incorrectly adjusted, or no longer performs as intended.

A lifting belt is a training support product and is not a substitute for proper technique, progressive training, appropriate supervision, or professional medical advice.

You are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and published instructions. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or unsafe products.

5. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market or shown during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing, technical, or calculation error.

Sale prices, discount codes, and promotional offers may be subject to:

• Eligibility requirements.
• Minimum purchase requirements.
• Start and end dates.
• Product or market restrictions.
• Usage limits.
• Restrictions on combining multiple discounts.

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law or expressly approved by FDFIT.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received the order request but does not prevent us from reviewing the order for payment, inventory, shipping, fraud, pricing, or compliance issues.

We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• An obvious pricing or description error.
• Failed or unauthorized payment.
• Suspected fraud or abuse.
• Shipping restrictions.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions.
• Unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may differ by country, currency, device, or order value.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs clearance.
• Carrier delays.
• Severe weather.
• Public holidays.
• Incorrect delivery information.
• Remote-area delivery limitations.
• Government inspections or restrictions.
• Events of force majeure.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, refused delivery, or failed to collect the parcel, additional shipping or return charges may apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

Taxes, import duties, customs charges, and other government fees may apply depending on the destination and the order.

The checkout page will indicate whether applicable duties or taxes are being collected as part of the order total.

Where duties or taxes are not collected during checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to the carrier, customs authority, or relevant government agency before delivery.

Customs authorities may request identity, tax, import, or delivery information from the recipient.

FDFIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, although we will provide reasonable order documentation when available.

Nothing in this section changes any mandatory legal responsibility that FDFIT may have for accurately displaying or collecting applicable taxes and charges.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

An order may generally be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been fulfilled, handed to a carrier, or shipped, it might no longer be possible to cancel it.

A shipped order must follow the applicable return process after delivery.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before fulfillment.

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our standard return period is 30 days after the last item in the order has been delivered, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, unwashed, complete, and in resalable condition, with their original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Products showing signs of training use, chalk, sweat, odors, contamination, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products should be reported promptly with relevant photographs or videos.

Do not send a return to any address without first receiving return authorization and instructions from FDFIT.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before requesting a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

12. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

Products are provided with the warranties, guarantees, and conformity rights required under applicable law.

Except where expressly stated or legally required, we do not make additional warranties that a product will be suitable for every individual training method, personal preference, body type, or intended use.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, incorrect sizing, improper storage, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, and use contrary to instructions are not manufacturing defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

13. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated availability information, or technical display errors.

These errors may relate to:

• Product descriptions.
• Pricing.
• Promotions.
• Shipping charges.
• Delivery estimates.
• Duties or taxes.
• Inventory availability.
• Product specifications.

We may correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.

Where an error materially affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order as permitted by law.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, manufacture from, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content or product designs without prior written authorization.

No use of the website transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

When you voluntarily submit a product review, image, video, suggestion, testimonial, comment, or other content to FDFIT, you confirm that:

We may remove submissions that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

You must not use the website or its content to:

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or mandatory consumer-protection obligations.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate FDFIT for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or fraudulent activity.

This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer claims or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

FDFIT is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic restrictions, government actions, customs disruption, transportation interruption, labor disputes, cyberattacks, carrier failures, or widespread infrastructure outages.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and resume performance when reasonably possible.

22. TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or FDFIT.

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may restrict access where you materially violate these Terms, misuse the website, commit fraud, or create a security or legal risk.

Obligations that are intended to survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. NO WAIVER

A delay or failure by FDFIT to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and FDFIT regarding use of the website and purchases made through it.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific written agreement, the product-specific agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter through customer support.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a court, regulator, dispute-resolution body, or remedy available under mandatory applicable law.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business operations, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes apply from the date they are published unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
